Terms for using MakeCall cloud calling services

Last updated: July 2026. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using MakeCall, makecall.in, wallet recharge, PSTN calling, Twilio-powered voice calling or any related business communication features.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using MakeCall, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and applicable platform rules. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

MakeCall provides browser-based cloud calling, PSTN calling, online voice calling, wallet billing and business communication capabilities powered by modern cloud technologies and third-party service providers such as Twilio and Razorpay.

You agree to use MakeCall only for lawful, respectful and authorized communication. You must not use the service for:

4. Emergency calls are not supported

MakeCall must not be used for emergency calls. The platform does not support emergency services such as 112, 911, 999 or similar numbers. Always use your mobile network, landline or official emergency channel for emergencies.

5. Account and identity

You must provide accurate account and mobile number information. You are responsible for all activity from your account and for keeping your sign-in access secure. MakeCall may suspend or block accounts that provide false information, misuse the service or create safety risks.

Payment and refund handling is governed by our Refund Policy. Failed payments, duplicate payments and missing wallet credits may be reviewed after verification of Razorpay and MakeCall records.

8. Privacy and data

MakeCall processes account information, mobile numbers, call records, wallet transactions, payment references and technical logs to operate the service, bill calls, prevent misuse and provide support. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Service availability

MakeCall is provided on an “as available” basis. Cloud services, PSTN connectivity, Twilio services, browser permissions, internet quality, payment gateways or telecom networks may affect availability and call quality. We may perform maintenance or restrict features for safety, compliance or operational reasons.

10. Suspension and blocking

MakeCall may suspend, restrict or permanently block accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, create security risks, engage in abusive or illegal activity, attempt fraud, dispute legitimate charges or harm other users, providers or the service.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MakeCall and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from use of the service, inability to use the service, call quality issues, third-party provider downtime or user misuse.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions when the service, pricing, compliance requirements or business operations change. Continued use of MakeCall after updates means you accept the revised terms.
