How it works
From sign-in to a connected call.
MakeCall is a browser calling service. The process is built to be simple: the user signs in, adds wallet balance, allows microphone access, enters a number, and starts the call.

Step-by-step flow
- 1. Open MakeCall — The user visits the browser-based calling page and accesses the app interface.
- 2. Sign in — The user signs in through the account flow. This creates or loads the account record and enables the wallet and call history features.
- 3. Check wallet balance — The service checks whether the wallet has enough funds to place a call. If balance is low, the user needs to add money before continuing.
- 4. Allow microphone — The browser asks for microphone permission so the call can capture the user's voice.
- 5. Enter the number — The user enters the destination number in the dialer. Correct formatting matters for the call to connect properly.
- 6. Start the call — Once the call begins, the browser attempts to connect the call using the active service flow.
- 7. Billing is applied — When the call is active, the system calculates the charge based on duration and the configured rate.
- 8. Balance and call history update — After the call ends, the wallet and call records are updated based on the actual usage and platform settings.
